I
am pleased to invite you to participate in the 3rd
Annual University of Regina Rams Corporate Touch Football
Tournament presented by ScotiaMcLeod on Saturday, September 22nd,
2007 at the University of Regina. This fun, team-building event
guarantees three games and admission to that previous nights game
between the U of R Rams and the visiting UBC Thunderbirds.
The
tournament will consist of 12 teams made up of 12 to 15 members
(minimum of 5 men or 5 women required per team), one Rams Player
and the entry fee per team is $300. Each team’s entry fee
includes a playbook, three game guarantee, 15 adult game tickets
(valued at $17.50 each) to the Rams game versus UBC Thunderbirds
on Friday, Sept 21st
(an adult ticket holder can bring up to 4 children, 12 and
under to the game) and BBQ/ Awards presentation to follow the
tournament at the Rams Facility.
The
tournament will begin at 9:00AM, with each game being scheduled
for 30 minutes. There will also be a unique and fun skill
competitions where all team members can “strut their stuff”
while team mates cheer them on. Games are scheduled every 45
minutes, which allows all participants opportunity to visit the
concession and ‘beverage’ garden. Team members’ families,
are invited to join us throughout the day, as there will also be
an area where children can learn basic passing and kicking
skills. The tournament will be finished by 1:00pm and a
post tournament BBQ/ unique prize give aways/ awards presentation
and will take place at the Rams facility on campus at the
University of Regina.
The
University of Regina Rams Corporate Touch Football Tournament is
presented by ScotiaMcLeod and is a unique experience for
colleagues to play together and promote teamwork within your
